As Director, you will play a front-facing role in originating, leading, and executing equity capital raising transactions across the APAC region. This position offers significant autonomy, client ownership, and the opportunity to help grow the firm’s ECM franchise alongside senior leadership team of ex bulge bracket bankers. Key responsibilities include: Originate, lead, and execute ECM transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and private placements Drive business development efforts, leveraging existing relationships and identifying new origination opportunities Partner with senior leadership to pitch differentiated capital-raising strategies to corporate clients Oversee market analysis, equity valuation, and transaction structuring Maintain and expand relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and external advisors About you

This role is well suited to a commercially driven professional with a strong client network, who enjoys building relationships, winning mandates, and executing deals. To be successful you will have: 7+ years’ experience in investment banking, with a strong focus on the mining sector Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or related discipline Deep understanding of equity capital markets, transaction dynamics, and investor behaviour Proven track record in originating and executing ECM transactions Established corporate and/or investor relationships Strong commercial acumen with advanced analytical and financial modelling skills Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high levels of autonomy How to apply
