What We’re Looking For We are seeking a

Senior Analytics Consultant

to join our Data Practice. You are a visual storyteller who excels at turning complex data into actionable insights. You thrive in a high-visibility, stakeholder-facing environment, combining

Power BI mastery

with elite consulting skills to help our clients make data-driven decisions.

Visualize & Storytell:

Design and develop high-impact, executive-level

Power BI dashboards

and reports that drive business value.

Semantic Modeling:

Architect robust, scalable data models using

DAX

and

Power Query (M)

to ensure a "single source of truth."

Stakeholder Engagement:

Lead workshops and presentations, translating ambiguous business questions into technical requirements and elegant visual solutions.

End-to-End Delivery:

Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure underlying data structures are optimized for front-end performance and user experience (UX).

Enablement & Strategy:

Define visualization best practices, governance frameworks, and self-service analytics strategies for enterprise clients.

Ideally you'll have;

Technical Core:

Expert-level

Power BI , including advanced DAX, Paginated Reports, and Power BI Service administration.

Data Proficiency:

Strong

SQL

skills for data profiling and an understanding of star schema/dimensional modeling (Kimball).

Communication:

Exceptional "boardroom presence"—the ability to explain complex data trends to non-technical stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

Consulting Mindset:

Proven track record in requirement gathering, UI/UX design principles for dashboards, and managing client expectations.

Platform Knowledge:

Experience with the

Fabric/Power BI ecosystem

and integration with cloud sources (Azure Synapse, Snowflake, or Databricks)
