Head of Junior School

Opportunity The Head of Junior School (Foundation Phase) will:

Serve as the foundation leader during setup and development

Lead planning of curriculum, classroom environments, and early school structures

Oversee the creation of the School’s curriculum, including early-stage mapping, assessment approaches and instructional frameworks

Oversee enrollments, family engagement, and community relationships

Have a teaching component

Model best practice teaching and induct new staff

Lead with warmth, flexibility, and strong Christian values

Work closely with the Executive Principal as the school grows toward a full K–12 model

School opens January 2027 (Kindergarten to Year 6)
