YOUR NEW ROLE We're looking for a dynamic Senior Organisational Services Consultant to join our Perth-based team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, impact, and purpose working at the intersection of psychosocial risk, wellbeing, safety, and performance.

Designing and delivering training workshops that build capability, performance, wellbeing and safety

Leading psychosocial risk assessments to uncover insights and drive change

Providing individual and group coaching to support growth, wellbeing and performance

Administering and interpreting psychometric assessments and running assessment centres

Facilitating conflict resolution, including mediations and team realignments

Supporting career transitions with empathy and expertise

Conducting onsite client engagements to deliver high-impact services

Scoping and proposing organisational development projects that align with client goals

About You

AHPRA Registered Psychologist

Endorsement in Organisational Psychology, or working towards (essential)

Masters in Industrial and Organisational Psychology OR Business Psychology is essential

NSW Driver's licence and own vehicle

Availability to travel

Hogan or other psychometric assessment accreditation (desirable)

Mediation trained / accredited is desirable
