Join New Groove Clinic as our Clinical Lead in a 100% telehealth role designed for efficiency. We are a

remote company , allowing you to work from anywhere in Victoria. We've moved away from the old, slow medical models to a high‑efficiency “Triangle” system where you lead the clinical direction and prescribing, while our Nurse Practitioner and Dietitian handle the lifestyle management and follow‑up coordination.

What you will do:

You will lead the assessment and management pathways for patients with complex conditions, with a major focus on

ADHD

and chronic pain. This includes clinical oversight and prescribing for

Medicinal Cannabis

and other

Schedule 8 or Schedule 4 monitored medicines

as part of a patient’s long‑term care strategy. Your workflow is built around the new

GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (GPCCMP)

framework, and you’ll have a team behind you to handle all the coordination.

We will provide training and support to obtain Schedule 8 prescribing authority if not currently held.

About You:

Vocational Registration (FRACGP / FACRRM) is essential.

Minimum of 3‑5 years of post‑vocational registration experience required.

Current AHPRA registration with no conditions.

Specialist Support:

If you are a Victorian‑based GP who hasn’t yet completed accredited

ADHD training , we provide full support to help you complete the required courses for independent diagnosis and management. This training can be used toward your

CPD requirements

for the year.
