Sales Director ANZ Pacific.

The role is based in Australia, specific location flexible.

The role & responsibilities

Lead and develop the regional sales and client services teams (direct management), ensuring alignment with the Group’s commercial strategy.

Adapt and execute the sales strategy covering all territories across Australia (whole territory).

Represent and promote the full product portfolio across all industry verticals

Contribute to strategic planning and forecasting, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.

Identify and drive cross‑selling and commercial synergies across subsidiaries and business lines.

Maintain close collaboration with group leadership, participating in annual management meetings in Europe and contributing to group-wide sales coordination.

Qualifications & Background

Proven experience as a Sales Director or National Sales Manager in industrial, electrical, or energy‑related products or services.

Strong commercial leadership skills with the ability to understand technical environments and client requirements, ideally with exposure to utilities, C&I customers, installers, or renewable energy projects.

Demonstrated ability to build and execute commercial strategy, lead teams, and deliver tangible sales growth.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Willingness to travel frequently across the region and attend annual leadership meetings in Europe.

Ability to build a mid to long term vision to sustain and expand the existing business within the area of responsibility. You will bring an “out of the box” thinking mindset.
