Projects: $40M – $1BN+ (High-Rise, Industrial, Aged Care, Retail)

Location: Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast & FIFO

Clients: Tier 1/2 commercial builders, head contractors, developer builders and niche projects

The Market Opportunity The South East Queensland construction landscape is currently at an all-time high. We are currently representing a select group of Tier 1 National Contractors and Tier 2 Developer-Builders who are looking for the next generation of leadership for their 2026/27 projecs.

The Scope of Roles We have multiple vacancies for Senior Site Engineers (SSE) and Project Engineers (PE) across the following sectors:

Vertical Residential: 30–80 story luxury towers (CBD & Gold Coast).

Social Infrastructure: State-of-the-art Aged Care and Education precincts.

Industrial & Retail: Large-scale distribution hubs and premium retail centers.

Core Responsibilities

Engineering Oversight: Management of structural cycles, building envelopes, and complex services integration.

Financial Control: Leading procurement, managing subcontractors, and overseeing project variations/claims.

Programming: Developing and tracking detailed short-term programs to ensure critical path milestones are met.

Quality & Safety: Driving high-level QA/QC standards and ensuring a proactive \"Safety First\" site culture.

What We Are Looking For

Proven Track Record: Experience on Australian projects valued at $30M+ within a Tier 1 or 2 environment.

Technical Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Software Proficiency: Experience with Aconex, Procore, Bluebeam, or BIM/Navisworks.

Ambition: Candidates who are looking to step up into leadership roles within the next 12–24 months.
