Senior / Principle Software Developer

to increase delivery capability across a range of projects. This is a hands on role but you will have the opportunity to engage with business stakeholders and offer valuable insight to improve core applications. Initial 12 month contract Based in Brisbane with 50% WFH Strong Java and AWS experience required As the

Principle Software Engineer , you will report to the Lead Engineer and provide technical leadership to the team and projects such as solution design, best practices and security principles. Ideally, you will have: Demonstrated technical leadership skills and experience in delivering technology solutions. Advanced knowledge of software solution engineering Ability to actively engage and develop productive relationships Strong coaching and mentoring focus. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders Understanding of relevant tools and platforms with an eagerness to learn about new and unfamiliar technologies that could enhance their ability to deliver There is flexibility but ideally they are looking for: 10+ years of experience in software engineering delivering solutions across mobile and cloud platforms. 6+ years of designing and implementing software solutions in large organisation. 6+ years of experience in leading project teams in development, testing and delivery of software solutions.
