Enterprise Architect

Melbourne Park hosts some of Australia’s most iconic sporting and entertainment events. A multi-year technology uplift is underway to enhance guest experience, operational excellence and long-term resilience across the entire precinct. The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Technology & Systems, you will be Melbourne Park’s lead authority on enterprise technology direction, defining the architectural vision, governance and roadmap, and ensuring integrations are secure, scalable and future-proof. You’ll drive the design and delivery of precinct-wide initiatives including a Network Refresh, a Unified Data Platform and Customer Data Platform, infrastructure renewal, cyber uplift, and future guest and fan engagement platforms, reducing duplication, improving cohesion and enabling outstanding event readiness. Key Accountabilities

Own the enterprise architecture strategy, standards and governance Design and integrate cross-precinct platforms, data and networks Sequence investments against long-term strategy and outcomes Ensure secure-by-design, scalable and efficient solutions Partner with vendors and stakeholders to unblock delivery Uplift resilience, event readiness and operational support Provide clear reporting on progress, risks and trade-offs Champion best practice and innovation across the function About You

Seasoned EA leader across complex, multi-vendor environments Proven delivery of integrated network, data and platform roadmaps Strength in architecture governance and pragmatic design decisions Confident influencer with executives, delivery teams and partners Comfortable balancing strategy and hands-on solutioning Commitment to inclusion, safety and excellent guest experiences Initial 2-year Fixed-term contract, with scope for extension Flexible working on offer On-site Parking Other generous EVP offerings.
