Current clinic physicians are longstanding well regarded members of the Victoria medical community. We are a collegial group who enjoy practicing good medicine and are looking for a like-minded physicians. The clinic would also welcome a physician entering on a new-to-practice contract. The new to practice contract provides an annual payment of $290,000.00 plus an additional $75,000.00 which can be used to contribute to overhead. The overhead at Oak Bay Medical Clinic is very reasonable. Physicians are currently paying $7,000.00 per month. This covers all clinic related overhead including staff salaries, lease, equipment maintenance, office, and medical supplies, EMR fees etc. Compensation | Fee-For-Service, Longitudinal Family Physician payment mode, or New-to-practice contract.
