Due to current business needs, we have an exciting 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity for a Specialist: Site Mobilisation Support based in our Perth head office.
This role is based in the Perth Office, with regular travel to site required. You will be responsible for developing and optimising training programs, governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes within the Mobilisation and Travel discipline at AngloGold Ashanti Australia. A critical aspect of this role involves the ongoing support, optimisation, and integration of the INX+ Process and INX Inflight systems, ensuring these platforms effectively enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and the overall mobilisation experience for all personnel.
About the role
Work closely with the site leads to trouble shoot, problem solve and determine best practice for site mobilisation needs and improvement opportunities
Review and optimise the training programs of admin personnel in the mobilisation and travel department
Maintain good governance and compliance within the travel function, relating to mobilsation and the INX+Process System
Ensure high levels of quality assurance and drive continuous improvement, through stakeholder engagement, audits, and process evaluation
Prepare detailed reports on governance and compliance activities, utilising data from the INX +Process system to highlight areas of concern and recommend corrective actions
About you

Tertiary qualifications in Training & Development, Governance, or IT systems management are highly regarded
Knowledge of using SAP and SharePoint
Experience with INX+ Process and InFLight
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to design and implement new processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work well within a team environment, whilst maintaining confidentiality of information
Ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met
Strong communication with peers, leaders and contractors
Able to attain a new National Police Clearance
Existing and ongoing Permanent work rights in Australia (Mandatory)
