At Lululiv, we offer a clear, supported pathway from Front of House to Senior Property Manager.
This is not a sink-or-swim role. This is a role designed to create confident, compliant, commercially aware portfolio leaders. If you are ambitious, structured, emotionally intelligent, and ready to build a long-term career in property management — this is your entry point.
A little about Lululiv.
Founded in 2020, Lululiv is a fast-growing business

Is highly organised and structured
Has strong emotional regulation
Communicates calmly under pressure
Thrives on accountability
Wants long-term career growth

A supportive, high-performing team culture
Our commitment and what we need from you.
