General Manager .

As General Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the overall performance of the store – leading an experienced team, delivering a premium fresh food offering, and creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You won't just be running a store – you'll be building a destination for your local community.

This is a permanent, full‑time salaried position with an attractive bonus scheme. Relocation assistance and subsidised accommodation is available to support the requirement to relocate to Karratha.

Skills required

Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, ideally in a supermarket setting

Strong leadership skills and a track record of leading teams

Solid financial acumen – including GP, sales, budgets, and wage control

Passion for fresh food and gourmet products

Exceptional customer service and visual merchandising abilities

Understanding of food safety standards and compliance

Strong organisational and communication skills

Tech‑savvy – with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Smart Retail, ABCIS

RSA and Approved Manager certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the store's operations
