Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the strategic and financial leadership of the organization. The CFO will be a key partner to the Co-CEOs and the executive team, responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy, engaging with investors, and ensuring the business remains financially robust. This is a critical moment for the company as it scales and disrupts the market, and the CFO will be expected to lead the financial fundamentals to an IPO‑able position. Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, team leadership and development, risk management, and overseeing all financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high‑growth, venture‑backed technology company, with deep expertise in risk management, particularly within a complex, regulated industry. The successful CFO will be a seasoned finance leader with exceptional leadership skills, a hands‑on, proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. They should have a demonstrable track record of raising capital, both equity and debt, and be adept at financial modeling and analysis. Experience in energy, commodities trading, or financial services is highly desirable. The role requires a candidate with a CA/CPA qualification or equivalent, and a strong preference for those with experience in global organizations and managing international financial operations. The CFO will also be expected to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and proactive partnership within the finance team and across the business.
