The Opportunity We’re looking for an

Associate Dentist

to join our team, with the opportunity to grow into a

partial ownership path

for the right person. You’ll be working alongside an experienced team with:

No late nights or weekends

Strong patient base – loyal families, professionals, and long term patients

Access to

state-of-the-art equipment

– digital scanners, chairside technology, and modern systems.

A structured and supportive environment with clear systems.

What We Offer

Initially offering 2 days with a view to increase

Remuneration: 35-40% commission (negotiable based on experience)

Support: Clinical mentoring, business coaching, and training from an experienced leadership team

Career growth: Genuine opportunity for equity and partnership

Leave: 4 weeks per year + shutdown over Christmas

Location perks: Located in a busy Modbury shopping centre with cafes, gyms, and easy parking nearby.

About you You’re an ethical, evidence-based dentist who values quality over quantity. You love building long term relationships with patients and your team.

You’ll bring:

BDS or equivalent qualification (new graduates welcome to apply)

Competence across treatment planning, restorative and preventative dentistry, and comprehensive care

Excellent communication and empathy
