What You’ll Do
Role Summary
The Security / WAF Engineer is the control‑plane owner for PCI compliance, responsible for implementing, configuring, and evidencing application‑layer security controls. This role leads Imperva WAF delivery, client‑side security (CSP), and PCI DSS 4.0 remediation, working directly with security stakeholders and auditors to achieve PCI sign‑off.
What you will bring
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver PCI DSS 4.0 security controls, with a focus on:
Requirement 6.4.3 (script management and change detection)
Requirement 11.6.1 (client‑side security monitoring)
Configure and manage Imperva WAF, including:
Policy configuration and tuning
Traffic inspection and rule optimisation
Design and implement Content Security Policy (CSP) strategies:
Initial discovery and baseline
Report‑only deployment
Alert tuning and false‑positive reduction
