Senior Software Engineer – Backend & Full Stack (Multiple Roles)

We’re hiring multiple Senior Engineers with a focus on Backend and Full-Stack development to build and operate high-quality systems at scale. You’re a trusted technical expert who cares deeply about code quality, system design and production impact. You lead complex problem-solving, make sound technical decisions in uncertain environments and clearly communicate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Work with a passionate technology team that supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements and encourages further learning opportunities. Required Skills & Experience

TypeScript

— Strong backend experience, recognized as a trusted technical advisor for design decisions and problem-solving. AWS

— Hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating production-grade backend systems with a strong architectural mindset. Backend Engineering

— Deep focus on code quality, continuous improvement, complex debugging, and delivering scalable solutions end-to-end. Consulting & Communication

— Builds trust with clients and partners, communicates technical decisions clearly and translates complexity into business understanding while navigating ambiguity and change. Desirable Skills and Experience

Java

— Experience working on Java-based backend systems. React

— Exposure to front-end development to enable effective full-stack collaboration. SQL
