Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brisbane, Queensland. The Group Loyalty & Engagement Manager will oversee and implement loyalty and engagement programs for the QCM Group venues. Key responsibilities include analysing customer behaviours, developing loyalty strategies, managing member engagement initiatives, and coordinating cross-venue programs. The role also involves project management and collaboration with venue teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret loyalty data and optimise engagement strategies
Experience in program and project management, including planning, executing, and monitoring multiple initiatives
Excellent communication and consulting skills to effectively engage stakeholders and address customer needs
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure the successful delivery of loyalty and engagement programs
Proven leadership abilities and organisational skills to drive results and improve customer experiences
Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the hospitality or club management industry is highly regarded
Own and optimise the Nexus Digital Loyalty System being introduced across all QCM venues
Lead promotional campaigns, digital offers, and member engagement initiatives
Partner with venue leadership teams to support local execution and performance (highly regarded)
