Perigon Group is partnering with a leading, high-growth financial services group to appoint a Group Financial Controller into a critical senior leadership role.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced finance leader who wants genuine ownership, influence, and impact within a well-run business that continues to scale.

The role Reporting to senior leadership, the Group Financial Controller will take ownership of the end-to-end finance function across a complex group structure. The role combines strong technical oversight with commercial leadership, team development, and close engagement with key stakeholders.

To be successful, you will bring:

Proven financial services experience (essential) Exposure to financial markets, asset management, trust or similar structures Confidence owning the full Group FC remit across multiple entities Strong technical grounding and sound commercial judgement Ideally firm-trained, now operating at senior FC or Group FC level
