A major digital transformation and technology services organisation is expanding its leadership team and seeking a Head of Sales each for one of two key verticals:
Energy, Utilities & Resources
OR
Health . This role is ideal for a commercial, growth-oriented leader who thrives in complex enterprise environments and is ready to shape sector strategy while leading a high-performing team.
About the Role
Lead the overall strategy, market positioning and growth plan for your chosen sector
Manage and develop a team of sales and account leaders
Drive new business, major pursuits and enterprise-scale transformation opportunities
Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across large organisations
Collaborate with consulting, delivery and technology teams to shape client solutions
Influence budgets, forecasting and sector performance
About You
10+ years in senior sales, account leadership or sector management roles
Strong experience within
Energy/Utilities & Resources
or
Health
industries
Proven track record selling or delivering digital, cloud, data, applications or managed services
Confident leader with the ability to inspire teams and influence executive-level stakeholders
Strategic, commercial, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
