About the Firm Our client is a long established and well respected boutique law firm based in Brisbane’s southside. The firm services its loyal clients in a few key practice areas, however property law is one of the firm's great areas of strength. Accordingly, they are well-regarded for their client‑first approach and their successful track record in this complex and rewarding area of law.

Opportunity We have an excellent opportunity for a property lawyer, with at least 5 years' PAE, to join this highly successful practice as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel, depending on experience. This is an exciting chance to join a firm that values its people and offers work‑life balance.

Responsibilities

Acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and residential property;

Property development projects;

Leasing;

General property law advisory and other property matters.

Qualifications

At least 5 years’ PAE in property law;

Experience suitable for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel;

Strong client management and teamwork skills.
