We are seeking a commercially sharp, hands‑on and strategic Chief Financial Officer to help lead that journey. The Opportunity

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, you will: Lead financial strategy during a significant scale-up phase Drive investor relations and capital reporting Prepare high‑quality board management reports and insights Strengthen financial models, forecasting and scenario planning Improve systems, controls and processes to support growth Build and develop a small but high‑performing finance team Provide commercial input across operations, funding, partnerships and expansion This is not a “sit back” CFO role. You will need to move seamlessly between: Refining financial models yourself Tightening processes and improving reporting discipline Supporting funding conversations and investor engagement Operating as a strategic advisor at board level and working with investors About You

You are likely: A qualified CA/CPA Experienced in investor reporting and board engagement Commercially astute with strong modelling capability Comfortable operating in a scaling, evolving environment Able to build structure without slowing momentum A leader who develops capability in others Experience in high‑growth, capital‑intensive, technology, infrastructure or project‑based environments will be highly regarded. You bring both: Detail orientation Strategic thinking And you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves when required. Why This Role?
