Senior Accountant

or

Manager

at Byfields, you will deliver high-quality accounting and advisory services to agribusiness clients from our Belmont, WA office. You will work with clients to provide tailored tax strategies, compliance, and business advice, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the practice. You’ll have autonomy to manage client relationships and the support to expand leadership skills in a collaborative environment. What we’re looking for You’re a detail-focused, team-oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive mindset. You’re ready to hit the ground running while also continuing to grow. You have: Solid Australian tax expertise, with a thorough understanding of current regulations A keen interest in, or previous experience within the agriculture sector is highly regarded Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to build lasting client relationships Experience as a manager or
