Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decision‑making and future‑state design.

Identify opportunities to simplify, optimise, and modernise the technology environment, including legacy remediation and technical debt reduction.

Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with business leaders, product owners, and external stakeholders to translate strategic needs into actionable architectural plans.

Communicate architectural strategies, roadmaps, and updates to executive leadership with clarity and influence.

Identify and mitigate architecture‑related risks, technical debt, and legacy limitations.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and privacy requirements.

Proactively address vulnerabilities and long‑term system health.

What You’ll Bring Knowledge & Experience

15+ years in senior technology leadership, including enterprise architecture and delivery.

Strong Financial Services background, including engagement with regulators and industry bodies.

Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud, microservices, and modern engineering practices.

Consulting experience is highly advantageous.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
