Responsibilities
Provide expert WHS advice and operational support across CALHN
Partner with leaders and teams to embed the WHS system
Lead complex incident reviews, investigations and risk assessment
Develop injury prevention, hazard control and safe work strategies
Monitor WHS data, inspections, hazards and follow-up actions
Support HSR elections, registers, committees and safe practice promotion
About You
We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team. You will possess:
Strong problem‑solving skills to develop effective WHS systems.
Expertise in interpreting and adapting to changing legislation.
Proven ability to meet deadlines in dynamic environments.
Experience in building relationships that promote a positive safety culture.
