We are seeking a Consultant – Social Value Strategy to lead and deliver complex social value, impact and strategy projects across urban, rural and remote contexts.

What you will do

Lead end-to-end delivery of social value strategy, impact and research projects

Lead service design and research projects, facilitate and engage with stakeholders

Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and reporting across multiple projects

Collaborate across research, engagement, collective impact and community development teams

Build trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and communities

Translate complex data into clear insights, stories and strategic advice

What you will bring

Proven experience managing social value, ESG, impact or research projects

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capability
