We are currently hiring a
Head of Operations Residential - NSW & VIC
based out of either
Sydney or Melbourne .
Reporting to the Executive General Manager – Residential, this role will see you lead a high‑performing team, drive operational excellence, and make a real impact on the lives and experiences of our residents. As Head of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our customer promise across our Lifestyle portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Champion a customer‑obsessed culture, ensuring every community brings our HOME principles to life.
Lead and develop Area and Community Managers to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
Oversee financial performance, budgets, and capital plans to ensure sustainable growth.
Drive operational standards, compliance, and asset management across a diverse portfolio.
Influence strategy, lead change, and deliver large‑scale projects and refurbishments.
About You
Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
Strong operational leadership in community or site management.
Strategic thinker with a track record of improving performance and customer experience.
Skilled in coaching, influencing, and building collaborative partnerships.
Ability to navigate complex issues, legislative requirements, and drive change.
