Hospitality & Commercial Lawyer

Our client is seeking a commercially minded Hospitality & Commercial Lawyer (3–5 years’ PAE) to join their established Commercial and Hospitality, Liquor & Gaming team.

The Role A commercial position focused on hospitality, liquor licensing, gaming and property matters, including:

Sale and purchase of hospitality businesses and licensed venues

Liquor and gaming applications, transfers and compliance

Commercial and retail leasing (negotiations and assignments)

Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

Structuring and advisory work for hospitality operators

You will have direct client contact, genuine file responsibility and close mentoring from senior lawyers.

About You 3–5 years’ PAE with experience in:

Hospitality and licensed premises

Liquor licensing and/or gaming

Commercial or retail leasing

Business sale and purchase transactions

Junior candidates with strong commercial acumen, maturity, clear communication skills and a genuine interest in hospitality and licensing will also be considered.
