This role works closely with a highly regarded Partner and his small team across Corporate Finance, Acquisition and Leveraged Finance, Project Finance and Property & Construction Finance. The team also prepares acquisition, construction, management, operation and exit documentation for broad acre projects and major acquisitions and developments. The ideal candidate will be at Associate to Senior Associate level (4 - 7 Years PAE), gained in a premier Banking and Finance practice group.
