Hotel Manager

Drake International is excited to partner with a leading accommodation brand as they prepare to open a hotel right here in Adelaide. This is an incredible opportunity to join a growing organisation at a pivotal moment and play a key role in shaping their guest experience from day one.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager who is confident, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive service excellence, lead field teams, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and high-quality stay.

This is a high-autonomy role that requires strong hospitality or property background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. This role also requires a vehicle and a valid driver’s licence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee room readiness, cleanliness, presentation, and guest touchpoints

Conduct building audits and quality inspections

Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and work order management

Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and ensure timely case resolution

Lead, support and develop Guest Experience field staff

Build strong relationships with building managers, owners, agents and external contractors

Identify and implement guest experience improvements

Ensure compliance with quality, safety and service standards across the property

What We’re Looking For

2+ years' experience in hotel operations, property management, real estate, facilities, or similar guest-focused environments

Strong operational knowledge including quality audits and maintenance coordination

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working independently and making informed operational decisions

Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement

A driver's licence and reliable car

Strong growth mindset and goal-oriented approach

Roster & Availability This position requires flexibility to work across a

7-day rotating roster.

Ability to

start ASAP

is highly preferred.
