Senior EUC Engineer

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Specialist / Infrastructure Specialist who thrives at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and operational IT delivery. $1,000 P/D

Brisbane Based

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver

infrastructure and end‑user computing solutions

aligned with business requirements.

Investigate and resolve

complex technical issues

across enterprise IT environments.

Act as a

technical escalation point

for operational support teams.

Work across

BAU IT operations , including:

Service desk escalation support

Desktop and end‑user computing environments

Mobile device management (MDM)

Application packaging and deployment

Specialist technical operations and QA

Partner with stakeholders to

discover requirements and translate them into technical solutions .

Provide

guidance and support to operational teams , enabling them through documentation and knowledge transfer.

Contribute to

continuous improvement of infrastructure, systems, and support processes .

Essential Skills & Experience

Extensive hands‑on experience in senior EUC or Infrastructure Engineering roles within enterprise environments.

Deep expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, including migration, modernisation, and operational management.

Strong experience with Endpoint Management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Workspace ONE or similar), including device provisioning, compliance, patching, and policy management.

Experience designing, deploying, and supporting Citrix workloads hosted on AWS.

Strong knowledge of EUC architectures, user access models, and performance optimisation strategies.

Advanced technical capability across:

AWS cloud infrastructure

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Networking and secure remote access

Virtualisation platforms and Microsoft enterprise technologies

Strong understanding of cyber security controls relevant to EUC and cloud‑based access environments.

Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Strong experience in

enterprise IT infrastructure and technical solution design .

Hands‑on experience supporting

complex IT environments and operational teams .

Knowledge of

end‑user computing technologies , desktop environments, and application deployment.

Experience with

mobile device management platforms .
