Anchor Community Care Limited is seeking a values-driven Board Chair and additional Board Directors to help guide the organisation through its next chapter of strategic growth and community impact.

We are seeking an experienced governance leader who can:

Provide strategic leadership to the Board

Partner closely with the CEO to drive performance and impact

Ensure strong financial oversight and risk governance

Champion accountability, transparency and ethical practice

About You You are an experienced Board leader with:

Demonstrated governance expertise within the not-for-profit sector

Experience chairing Boards or senior governance committees

Strong strategic capability and financial oversight experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

A commitment to ethical leadership and community impact

This is a three-year appointment, with a Director's fee to be negotiated.

Following a review of our Board Skills Matrix, we are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

Board governance or experience working closely with a Board

Community services or health sector expertise

People & Culture

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation
