This dynamic role heads a high‑performing team dedicated to identifying, managing, and delivering a robust pipeline of investment opportunities across priority sectors—fuelling diversification and long‑term growth.

We are seeking an experienced and engaging

Director Investment Attraction and Facilitation

to lead our high‑performing team and become the face of investment facilitation. In this role you’ll provide high‑level strategic advice to senior executives, champion client‑focused services, and ensure seamless coordination across the international Invest and Trade WA (ITWA) network. From leading inbound delegations and promotional campaigns to supporting aftercare and strategic economic development activities focused on identifying and facilitating businesses to Western Australia, your influence will span the full investment attraction lifecycle. You’ll also collaborate with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and strategy teams to maintain accurate reporting and compelling sector value propositions.

With extensive experience in international investment attraction, economic development or business development, you bring exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation finesse, and a proven ability to build impactful partnerships across government, industry, and business. Your insights into global market dynamics and geopolitical trends will help position Western Australia as a premier destination for sustainable, strategic investment.
