As a Senior People & Culture Advisor/ Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted ER partner to leaders across the business, providing clear, practical advice on a wide range of employee relations matters. You’ll manage ER matters end-to-end, support leaders through difficult conversations, and balance firm, fair decision‑making with strong commercial and people judgement. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end ER case management, including performance management, misconduct, grievances, investigations, absenteeism and terminations Provide timely, practical and compliant ER advice to leaders across the business Coach and support leaders through complex and sensitive people matters with confidence and empathy Draft ER documentation including investigation reports, outcome letters and formal correspondence Support change‑related matters such as restructures and workforce transitions where required Partner closely with the broader People & Culture team to ensure consistency, risk management and continuous improvement About You

Significant experience in an ER-focused People & Culture / HR Advisor role Proven capability managing complex and sensitive ER matters independently Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation Experience supporting leaders in retail, operational or multi‑site environments (highly regarded) A calm, pragmatic and confident communication style — firm, fair and solutions‑focused The ability to operate comfortably in a fast‑paced, evolving organisation What We Offer
