1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Venue Manager – Full-Time | $80-90,000 + Bonus + Super Thirsty Crow Brewery Management (Hospitality & Tourism) Full time $80,000 – $90,000 + Bonus We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, dynamic driven and experienced venue manager to join our team and take the reins of the iconic community venue. If you’ve got a background in hospitality management, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and the ambition to lead a team at one of the region’s favourite spots, we want to hear from you! Your Role

Be a motivational and inspiring leader, develop and train the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time Drive the business with focus on revenue growth and profitability Achieve mutually agreed budget targets Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the venue – open/close, back‑of‑house administration, recruiting team members, rostering and assisting guests Bring passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests; providing top‑tier customer service and exceptional hospitality Be creative – develop and grow the business through personal initiatives Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and strategic partners Manage stock levels, product quality, and inventory to keep the drinks flowing and the energy high Plan and execute exciting events that will have people talking long after they leave Bring marketing initiatives to life and host regular team meetings to drive success Manage staff rosters, monitor performance, and find ways to optimise profits Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to excel What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2‑4 years of management experience in a premium hospitality venue, showcasing strong leadership abilities Strong customer focus with the ability to get to know the locals and their preferences – a very strong community focus Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to inspire & develop your team to provide exceptional experiences A people‑person who thrives creating unforgettable guest experiences and knows how to motivate their team Proven experience running or assisting in the running of a multifaceted venue Ability to work nights and weekends Ability to use financial and business acumen coupled with operational experience to effectively deliver the venue’s operational targets and vision Relevant industry licences and accreditation – RSA/RSG/RMLV/Approved Managers Flexible availability Solid understanding of operational efficiencies and experience optimising Tech‑savvy, with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes Organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the big picture Comprehensive knowledge of liquor licensing and health & safety regulations What’s in it for you
