Regional Manager – Services (Full time permanent) $105,419.60-$111,584.72 per annum + super (dependent on qualifications & experience)

You’ll work closely with communities to deliver national programs through community partnerships, with a people centered approach.

As the Regional Manager, you will be supporting, inspiring and leading a team of managers. Your ‘can-do’ attitude, experience working with children, families, remote communities, and cultural intelligence will make you a perfect fit. If you inspire others, lead by example and foster creativity - we want to hear from you. Travel to our regional and remote services will be required on a regular basis.

Our ideal candidate will have

Diploma Early Childhood Education/ACECQA approved equivalent

Prior experience working with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people and in remote communities highly regarded

Ability to travel up to one week at a time on a regular basis

Ability to work in consultation with communities from a both ways approach

High level report writing skills

High level data collection and experience with data systems

High level customer service skills working with vulnerable people
