Senior Project Engineer

We are currently partnering with a well-established

national civil contractor

delivering repeat work for long‑term, blue‑chip clients across Queensland. Due to continued growth and secured workload, they are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Engineer

to join the team with an

immediate start available .

This is a strong opportunity for a hands‑on engineer looking to step into a leadership role with genuine project ownership and long‑term stability.

The Role

Manage delivery of two concurrent projects initially

Lead and support Project Engineers and Site Supervisors

Oversee project planning, cost control, procurement, and reporting

Drive program, safety, quality, and commercial outcomes

Work closely with clients and internal delivery teams

Project Experience Required

Civil infrastructure works

Roads and pavements

Drainage and services

Concrete structures and FRP works

About You

Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer

Strong background working for a self‑performing civil contractor

Confident managing multiple work fronts and stakeholders

Strong communication and leadership capability

Able to commence ASAP or within a short notice period
