As a Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our high performing external audit team, collaborating with an impressive and varied client portfolio. Key responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of SW audit clients Provide leadership, support, and resources to empower team members to perform at their best Plan and organise staff and resources to meet client and firm commitments Identify and develop existing and potential business opportunities Actively participate as a member of the Assurance Management Team Meet Key Firm Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as team productivity, fees, write-offs, number of new clients, work in progress, and debtors Research, write, update, and review sections of the firm’s publications Stay up to date with the latest developments in Australian Auditing and Accounting Standards, applying and sharing this knowledge Attend manager meetings and conferences Skills and experience

7-12 years’ experience in an Assurance environment within a Chartered or CPA accounting practice Fully qualified CA/CPA professional Strong technical proficiency and up-to-date knowledge of auditing and accounting standards Skilled in reviewing client work and identifying issues and value-add opportunities Excellent client relationship management abilities Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet audit deadlines across multiple clients Demonstrated staff leadership skills and experience managing teams Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Best kept secrets of SW
