Job Description Summary Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an exceptional leader to drive the strategy, performance, and growth of our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) division across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Chief Executive, ANZ & North Asia, this is a rare senior executive opportunity to influence and elevate one of the region’s most respected CRE platforms and work with a market leader.

What You’ll Lead

Strategic direction for the ANZ region and high performance of CRE service lines

A national team across Office Leasing, Industrial, Retail, Valuations, Capital Markets, Living Sectors & more

Culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation and inclusion

Commercial planning, revenue growth, margin performance & market expansion

Client engagement, retention strategies, and brand presence across ANZ

Cross-divisional collaboration with IFM, PDS, Advisory+ and regional / global partners

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow profit, market share, and service capability

Represent Cushman & Wakefield at industry events, client forums & market engagements

Champion cross-selling, integrated service delivery, and business development initiatives

Strengthening governance, compliance and risk management frameworks

Build, coach, and inspire leaders across the CRE business

About You

Senior CRE leadership experience at national or regional level

Strong commercial, strategic, and financial acumen

Proven success in client engagement & business development

Deep understanding of the ANZ property market

Exceptional communication, influencing & stakeholder management skills

Tertiary qualifications in real estate, business, finance or related fields
