Solution Architect

to design and govern end-to-end technology solutions across major enterprise programs. This role suits someone confident in cloud, integration, and application architecture, with strong communication and governance skills. You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical leads to ensure all designs align with enterprise strategy, architectural standards, and strategic goals. You will also contribute to major programs including application modernisation, cloud migration, corporate systems refresh, financial system upgrades, and enterprise capability uplift initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Design and document solution architectures (SADs, SODs) aligned with enterprise standards. Present solution designs to the Architecture Governance Committee (AGC). Partner with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical leads to ensure solution alignment. Support RFx processes, vendor assessments, and technology evaluations. Contribute architectural guidance across key programs including cloud migration, application modernisation, financial system upgrades, and end-user technology uplift. Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Solution Architect in large enterprise or utilities environments. Strong cloud architecture knowledge (AWS, Azure) and hybrid environments. Experience with modern application platforms; ServiceNow and Ellipse EAM desirable. Proficiency with Visio / Draw.io and familiarity with M365 / SharePoint. Oracle Applications / Oracle Fusion experience (desirable).
