The Role:

The successful candidate will join an innovative Planning & Environment team, advising on the full spectrum of environment, planning and mining law matters. Responsibilities include supporting major project approvals, advising on regulatory compliance and incident response, managing contamination and climate change issues, and working closely with other teams on significant transactions. 4+ years’ PQE; Strong planning & environment law background; Experience liaising with clients; Excellent drafting abilities; Strong team player; Technically excellent; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Technically excellent.
