St Aloysius College is seeking an experienced, values-driven Director of Inclusive Education (R–12) to join our College in this newly established role.
The Director provides strategic leadership to strengthen a whole‑school culture of inclusion, grounded in Mercy values of compassion, respect and justice. The role promotes student wellbeing, belonging and safety, ensuring students with additional learning needs are supported to access learning and participate fully across College life.
The Director leads inclusive education policy, practice and processes aligned with Mercy Education, CESA guidelines and NCCD requirements, including ethical, accurate and timely NCCD implementation. Leading an experienced and collaborative team of Learning Support Officers and Learning Intervention Teachers, the role builds staff capability, drives evidence‑informed practice and uses data and student voice to monitor progress and refine support structures.
