Overview

Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation (5-8PQE) role at Clyde & Co. You will be part of a Syd/Brisbane based practice led by Partners Ernest van Buuren and Melissa Tang, reporting to two partners. You will work on a wide range of cases across industry sectors such as Marine, Aviation, Energy and Natural Resources, including complex cross-border disputes, class actions, regulatory matters and advisory transactions. This exposure aims to develop a broad skill set and advance your legal career. We are seeking a Senior Associate level lawyer who is Australian or dual qualified with between 5-8 years post-qualification experience. Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate with junior lawyers while actively supporting senior colleagues. Proactively identify and solve problems, providing reliable support to partners. Think strategically with the ability to connect broader implications of work. Communicate clearly and persuasively in a fast-paced legal environment. Contribute to a high-performing team while also taking ownership of individual tasks. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations. Qualifications
