The business is recognised for its operational capability, service reliability, and deep customer relationships, and is now entering a phase focused on strategic refinement, scalability, diversification and value creation.

As Chief Executive Officer you will provide strategic and inspirational leadership, refining the vision and direction for the business while driving disciplined execution. You will optimise portfolio mix and performance, enhance supply chain efficiency and drive growth through organic expansion, and selective M&A. Building strong relationships with shareholders, customers, suppliers, and key partners will be central to success.

You will be a commercially astute CEO or senior executive with experience leading a complex, product distribution or wholesale businesses focused on specialised, engineered products. You will combine strategic thinking, commercial acumen with the ability to inspire and engage teams in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
