Head of Performance Marketing . This senior role involves leading and evolving the agency’s paid media offerings, including paid search and paid social, and managing key relationships with platform partners like Google and Meta. Responsibilities include: Leading and inspiring a team of performance marketing specialists to foster continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key platforms to stay ahead of industry trends. Creating scalable processes for flawless campaign launches, ongoing optimization, and transparent reporting. Driving high-impact campaigns aligned with client goals and agency growth strategies. Supporting new business development efforts and ensuring operational excellence across projects. Qualifications and skills: Proven leadership skills with experience managing performance marketing teams. Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with digital platform partners. Experience in creating scalable processes for campaign management. A strategic and commercially minded approach to performance marketing.
