The Opportunity
As Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the founders and broader business to provide commercially focused legal support across the organisation.
The role offers a genuinely broad in‑house remit, including:
Management and strategic oversight of the company’s global intellectual property portfolio, including protection and enforcement initiatives
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements across supply chain, technology, marketing, logistics and brand partnerships
Advising on advertising, marketing and consumer law compliance across multiple markets
Supporting product, packaging and regulatory compliance in Australia and internationally
Contributing to privacy, data protection and cyber compliance frameworks
Oversight of insurance arrangements and broader risk management matters
Managing external counsel relationships across jurisdictions
Supporting the continued development and optimisation of legal operations and internal processes
You will act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders, balancing legal risk with commercial outcomes and enabling the business to operate efficiently and strategically as it continues to grow
About You
You are a commercially minded senior lawyer with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative approach.
You will bring
LLB (or equivalent) and admission to practice
Minimum 7 years’ PQE gained at a reputable mid-tier or top-tier law firm
In-house experience highly regarded (including secondment experience)
Experience from a relevant practice area such as Litigation, Corporate & Commercial, or Intellectual Property
