Broking House with a national reach requires the expertise of an experienced broker to manage a portfolio of corporate risk. If you are looking for a rewarding role in a reputable company that values their staff, then you need to consider joining this team!
As the successful candidate you will have:
10+ years of insurance related experience with a proven track record of success in commercial insurance management
Product experience including ISR, Liability and Motor.
Willingness to undertake a 360 broking role including managing client visits and all processing and documentation associated with the portfolio
Networking and relationship building skills
Proven experience in developing new business ideal
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to interact with Managing Directors, Insurance Managers, CFO's and CEO's of large enterprises
Ability to work in a team environment
Tier 1 broking essential
Competent in IT and office procedures
Duties in this role will include:
Managing and maintaining an existing portfolio of commercial risks
Introduce new business and participate in marketing campaigns for new and existing clients
Drive revenue growth in the commercial portfolio through achieving individual and team financial objectives and targets, including retention and growth targets
Planning and developing client retention strategies
