PR Account Director

e&c is a boutique PR and communications agency based in South Yarra. We work with a diverse range of brands across fashion, beauty, home, hospitality, lifestyle and not-for-profit.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager or Account Director to join our team. Full time or part time considered for the right candidate.

The Role You’ll manage a portfolio of lifestyle clients and work closely with our Director on strategy and new business.

Manage and mentor account team members

Oversee a portfolio of lifestyle clients across beauty, hospitality, health and wellness, apparel, tech and not-for-profit

Develop proposals and communications strategies

Drive delivery, results and client reporting

Media relations and pitching

Social media strategy and management

Support the Director on new business development

About You

Minimum 6 years' PR experience, preferably agency side across lifestyle brands

Strong knowledge of the Australian media landscape

You can find the story when others can’t and you know how to pitch it

Experience managing and developing staff

Comfortable working across a diverse range of clients and categories at the same time

Happy to drive strategy but equally happy to be hands on when needed

Experience with new business development including developing and presenting PR proposals
