We’re looking for a Senior or Principal Water Systems Engineer who wants more than just another consulting role.

The Opportunity
We are experiencing strong growth and are expanding our team to support increasing demand across WA industries.
Work directly with the Managing Director
Influence project direction and client outcomes
Contribute to building a high-performing engineering team
Develop toward or operate at Principal level
Work on complex and impactful infrastructure projects
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will:
Deliver high-quality technical advice to clients
Undertake hydraulic modelling and system investigations
Lead projects and manage delivery to scope, budget and schedule
Mentor and support junior engineers
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
Skills & Experience
We are interested in engineers with:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Process or related discipline
Approximately 7+ years of relevant experience
Experience in water supply, wastewater, mine dewatering or similar infrastructure systems
Hydraulic modelling experience using tools such as WANDA, WaterCAD/HAMMER, InfoWorks WS or similar
Strong analytical and communication skills
Highly regarded:
Pressure transient / water hammer analysis
Mining or agricultural sector experience
