As a Banking & Finance Associate, you will: Work on both domestic and international debt finance transactions, including bank debt, capital markets, project finance, and derivatives Advise market-leading borrowers, lenders, and sponsors on complex financing arrangements Collaborate with other practice areas including construction/infrastructure and M&A teams Gain exposure to cross-border deals and referral work from international law firms Take ownership of files with mentorship from senior lawyers, building both technical expertise and commercial acumen About you

The ideal candidate will have: Approximately 2–5 years’ PQE in banking and finance from a reputable law firm Strong technical skills in debt finance, including both borrower and lender side work Excellent drafting, negotiation, and commercial advisory abilities A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to work in a high-performing team Interest in developing expertise across domestic and international transactions Why join the firm
